Social media: It could just save AT&T

Boy, oh, boy. Have you ever heard such bashing about a company as AT&T and its service for the iPhone?

Even Rainn Wilson from the The Office on NBC has been ranting and raving. Ouch!

So it comes as no surprise that Shawn Pike, AT&T's first ever social media customer care strategist has his work cut out for him and his team as they start touting social media customer care all over the place -- on its bills, website, and other channels -- to tell customers that they can "reach out and touch someone" via Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
