Internet Explorer use drops below 60%, Firefox growing

According to Net Applications, use of Microsoft's Internet Explorer web browser is down to 59.95% (observed traffic), falling from 80% just 30 months ago.

According to AppleInsider's Prince McLean, Firefox now commands a 25% market share.

With Firefox's well-targeted and entertaining online viral marketing campaigns, it appears that their strategy for fast adoption and building customer loyalty is right on the mark.
